The Company will advertise through infomercials, approaching businesses, newspaper articles and adverts, and individuals willing to put the Company’s vending machines on their properties. It is a win situation for the assignees and the Company because there is no competition to the business model being pursued.

During the first year of vending machines, assignees will load plurality of items (approved by local laws and iVend-Net, LLC) into vending machines and keep all the profits from sales of items. After one year of assigning vending machines, iVend-Net, LLC will take over the bulk purchases of plurality of items for vending and resell them to the assignees at prices that will enable them make profit; negotiate lower prices from manufacturers for bulk purchases.
